Aimed at beginners or those with a little carving experience, in this workshop you will learn all the skills and techniques needed to craft your own wooden spoons.

You will be taught the safe use of the axe, sloyd knife and crook knife as well as how to select wood for carving and ultimately how to make some wonderful wooden spoons!
Participants can expect to finish the day with a brand new hobby to continue at home as well as a lovely wooden spoon or two.


Location - All my scheduled workshops are running at Walford Mill Crafts in Wimborne, Dorset. 

Courses run from 10am - Around 4pm

Please note, due to Covid-19 I will not be able to provide any drinks, snacks or food. Walford Mill Crafts has an onsite Cafe. Please either prepare to purchace from the cafe or BYO.

These workshops are for adults only, however children from age 16+ may attend if joined by a participating adult.
